PEPTEX is a European supplier of research-grade peptides operating under the legal entity PEPTEX, registered at 91, rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, Paris, France. Since 2022 we have been sourcing, testing, warehousing and distributing peptide compounds to researchers, clinicians and private customers across the European Union. Every product listed on peptex.shop is handled by our own team from the moment it enters our EU warehouse until the courier leaves with the parcel.
The company was founded by a small group of professionals coming from academic biochemistry, pharmaceutical logistics and e-commerce. The original idea was simple: there was a growing demand in Europe for peptide products with documented purity, transparent origin and predictable delivery, and most of the existing channels were either opaque grey-market suppliers or heavily price-inflated clinic intermediaries. PEPTEX was built to close that gap with a transparent, reproducible and fully documented supply chain.
What we do
Our catalog contains around 60 peptide products, covering four main therapeutic categories: weight management (Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Cagrilintide, Mazdutide, 5-Amino-1-MQ), growth hormone secretion (Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, AOD-9604, MOTS-C), anti-aging (NAD+, Epithalon, GHK-Cu, PT-141) and recovery (BPC-157, TB-500, KLOW, GLOW, DSIP). Peptides are available in two presentations: prefilled injection pens, which are ready for use, and lyophilized vials, which require reconstitution. Consumables such as bacteriostatic water and acid water are also available.
We do not resell parcels we have never seen. Every batch passes through our EU warehouse, receives a physical inspection, is logged against the supplier Certificate of Analysis and is stored under temperature-controlled conditions until shipment.
Quality and sourcing
Our peptides are synthesized in certified laboratories in the United States and imported into the European Union in bulk. Products are tested for quality before release, ensuring that each batch meets the standards required for professional use.
The team
PEPTEX is run by a compact team of around eight people. The scientific side is handled by biochemists and pharmacologists who review product specifications, verify CoA data and maintain the technical knowledge base used by our support channel. The logistics side is handled by a dedicated warehouse and shipping team based at our EU hub, working with UPS for express delivery. A customer care team answers questions by WhatsApp, Telegram and email in several European languages, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00 Paris time.
We do not operate a call center. When you write to us, you reach either a consultant with a background in biochemistry or pharmacology, or a member of the warehouse team who can confirm the physical status of your order. Escalations to the founders are available for complex cases.
How we operate
Orders placed and paid on a working day before the evening cut-off are shipped on the next business day. The warehouse does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders paid Friday through Sunday leave on Monday. Transit with UPS across the EU is typically 5 to 7 business days. Parcels are packaged discreetly, without any external branding or product indication, to protect customer privacy during transit and at delivery.
Payments are processed through a PCI DSS compliant 3D Secure gateway for card payments. Card data never touches our servers.
