Peptide Protocols: Timing, Frequency and Sample Courses

Without the right course even a good peptide will give half of what it's capable of.
The starting point is always the same - the goal. The peptide or combination of peptides is selected based on the goal, as well as the duration and administration schedule.
It's worth starting with one peptide, especially if this is the first experience. When it's clear how the body reacts to it - you can add a second one.A few basic principles:
One new peptide at a time. This approach makes it clear which specific peptide is causing side effects. This way you can edit the course with understanding, not blindly.Always start with the minimum dosage. It's worth tracking your well-being - sleep, recovery, energy, reaction at the injection site. This makes it easier to track progress.Duration and frequency of administration.
The duration of the course depends on the peptide and the goal.
Suggested schedules can be found in the "protocols" section.
The frequency of administration for many peptides is daily. Some are administered twice a day, some less often.
The 5/2 schedule (five days of administration, two days off) is used to reduce desensitization on long courses.Timing of administration:
Timing matters, especially for peptides that affect growth hormone.
For GHRH and secretagogues - optimal on an empty stomach. Insulin after eating suppresses the release of growth hormone, so it is administered in the morning before breakfast and 2-3 hours after the last meal.
Before bed - for sleep peptides (Epithalon) and the second injection of secretagogues. Coincides with the natural nighttime peak of growth hormone.
At any time - BPC-157, TB-500.
Epithalon + Thymalin - anti-aging and immunity. Short courses, usually combined timing.
What to avoid: two peptides from the same group at the same time (two GHRH or two GLP-1) - effects duplicate, receptor load increases without additional benefit.Breaks between courses are a mandatory part of the course. Receptors lose sensitivity with constant stimulation. Without a pause effectiveness will be lower. The minimum break equals the duration of the course. For short courses (Epithalon, Thymalin) - a break of 3 to 6 months before repeating.Examples of ready-made courses by goal:Recovery after injury:
BPC-157 - subcutaneously near the site of damage, daily
TB-500 - twice a week for the first 2 weeks, then once a week
Duration: 6-8 weeksSleep improvement and anti-aging:
Epithalon - daily before bed
Duration: 10-20 daysGrowth hormone / body composition:
Sermorelin + Ipamorelin - in the morning on an empty stomach, simultaneously
Duration: 8-12 weeks, 5/2 scheduleImmunity:
Thymosin Alpha-1 - every other day, 4 weeks
or Thymalin - daily, 5-10 days
